  As a bakery manager I was in charge of 4-6 people in the bakery, wine bar and takeout at famous Cafe Latte restaurant on Grand avenue. I served hundreds of people a day and together with a great team sold over 450 cakes in one day on big holiday such a Christmas Eve or Forth of July.
