  In my role at Goodman, I was responsible for the portfolio management responsibilities for Goodman’s southern portfolio (VIC, SA and WA) valued at up to $2 billion, together with the coordination and establishment of the asset management, property management and facilities management teams. This portfolio comprised of industrial, suburban commercial and bulky goods retail. Over the duration of my time at Goodman, I developed my broad ranging asset management skills. Some of these skills were obtained through driving the financial performance of my portfolio, project managing numerous CapEx projects, running major leasing campaigns, engaging in portfolio due diligences, acquisitions and disposals, repositioning and rebranding assets (i.e. AIP and ING), insurance and risk management, overseeing a smooth handover of pre-lease asset to my team, and improving the WALE across the portfolio, to name just a few.

  As Property Manager for CBRE, I managed a portfolio consisting of fifteen properties and almost one hundred tenants. Most assets were CBD and city fringe commercial properties. Clients included The Australian National University, AMP Henderson Global Investors, Powercor Australia, St Vincent’s Hospital, Western Metals, and a multitude of private investors – both on a local and international scale.
