There is a special work experience that has allowed me to travel to over 35 cities in the UK and meet thousands of tourists. I face and leading the majority group of tourists who come from Chinese overseas students and visiting scholars. Therefore, I have a good understanding of the interests of overseas students and visiting scholars, and I know how to communicate with them effectively. Thus, there was better training in my ability to communicate and deal with emergencies effectively.
