If you’re lucky enough a mentor will find their way into your professional life and in a relatively short amount of time drop enough gems to last a lifetime. For me that person is Lisa. I had the privilege & pleasure to work with Lisa for a handful of years and her leadership, tact, creativity, poise & flair all made it fun & productive. She made a tremendous impact on me & propelled my growth for which I am very grateful. Lisa is strategic yet not robotic. She’s diplomatic & results focused while remaining highly personable. I can keep going. If you’ve spent time with her you know. She is an excellent addition to any team she joins & although she will quickly set herself apart from the pack she truly is an amazing team player. If you’re considering Lisa for a position I’d recommend you don’t hesitate because a leader like her is hard to find & you don’t want to miss out!

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa as a DMA distributor member, and then as her coworker. What set Lisa apart as an effective account manager was her ability to lead and not just manage. She has a talent for bringing people together, navigating tricky situations and big personalities, and driving organized solutions. But what won me over was the way she did it. Lisa’s a great communicator and knows when to share and listen, which earned great respect from customer and distributor alike, and certainly me. I cannot overstate what a great person she is.
