  This millwork company had a small, core set of office workers where many people had different hats and job duties. I was the receptionist, estimating and office assistant, but my main priority was their accounts receivables manager. I was responsible for the entire cycle of AR, which started with creating invoices, sending them out, closing the records for the month, following up on open AR and ending with reviewing and posting payments received. In addition, I was the point person who ran reports such as Work In Progress, Labor/Material Costs, Open A/R and kept the job folders updated.
