Lisa and I worked together at Ipsos on a variety of projects, with many involving some complex forecasts and optimizations. Lisa was such a source of knowledge in how to tackle such large and complicated projects. She is calm under pressure but also extremely knowledgeable. She is always willing to lend a hand doing whatever is needed to get the job done. You can truly tell that Lisa really has the client's needs in mind and is ultimately thinking about what will help the client the most, regardless of how easy or difficult the job is. Lisa really became more of a mentor and I could always turn to her for advice whether it was on a project we worked on together or something else. Clients would really appreciate Lisa's warmth as well as her strong work ethic, as did I!

If I had to choose one word to describe Lisa, it would be tenacious. While Lisa is kind, friendly and very easy to work with, she knows how to get things done. She is collaborative, but also knows when and how to push back. Those qualities make her an excellent team member and client service representative who is vigorously focused on meeting her clients’ needs in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Lisa has always someone that I could rely on. She listens well in group discussions and contributes valuable insights and suggestions. She is also razor focused on the objectives and instrumental to keeping the team on task, regardless of the team composition. A prime example was a strategic team where Lisa was a member along with four SVP’s. Needless to say, the discussions would tend to veer off into theoretical musings. Lisa was always the one to reunite the strategic thinking with the tactical implementation. I would be excited to have Lisa as a member of any team and consider myself fortunate to have worked with her for so many years.
