Review yearly maintenance contracts and process invoices. • Accurately coordinate all travel arrangements domestically and internationally with private jet services and major airlines. • Provide detailed itineraries of all meetings and travel arrangements. • Receive, respond, and compose a heavy volume of emails, ensuing follow-up is provided. • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine the appropriate course of action. • Keep an inventory of an extensive artwork collection and antiques.
