I have worked in the Planning sector of Land Development for the last 11 years. 3 1/2 of those years I was employed with ARCADIS. During my employment with ARCADIS some of my job responsibilities included: Preparation of Due Diligence Reports, Preparation of Rezone, Preliminary Plat and General Plan Amendment Applications, assisted in preparing cost estimates and proposals to potential clients, attended Planning and Zoning Commission and Board Hearings, coordinated neighborhood meetings, worked closely with engineering and surveying to ensure that all country or city requirements were met. More recently I had to opportunity to assist staff with environmental related projects. Some of those tasks included: assisted in preparing Environmental Assessment reports for BLM projects, researched permitting process for wind farm projects, prepared Solar and Wind Farm tracking sheets in excel, prepared Biological, cultural and geological maps using Arc Map 8.0, and assisted in preparing state permitting process manual.
