I am currently managing the renovation of an apartment building in Arlington, Virginia that includes unit interiors, common areas and exterior upgrades. I am also managing the design and construction of our office expansion space as well as the addition of two stories to an existing office building that will become our DC Headquarters. My position with Trammell Crow Company provided me the opportunity to manage the warranty and punch list process for luxury condominiums in the MidAtlantic region; Government tenant improvements; office park punch lists and street acceptances; bond releases; the construction of eight shell buildings and the associated civil work to complete a 430,000 square foot shopping center in Washington, DC and to assist in the residential design and due diligence process.
