I truly enjoyed working with Lisa on the textbooks she produced. She's very responsive and detail oriented, and she has a knack for anticipating issues and finding quick solutions. For example, she noticed a printing error in a book that was about to publish, and she took quick and decisive action to notify the printer and get them to fix the error and reprint the book, allowing us to keep our scheduled publication date. I could always trust her with my books, and her upbeat attitude made her easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Lisa as an exceptional Project Manager.
