  Ik geef richting aan de visie en strategie van Rochdale en adviseer de Raad van Bestuur en andere collega's over strategische vraagstukken. Van 2019-2022 was ik (mede-)verantwoordelijk voor de portefeuillestrategie (ca. 40.000 woningen) en het huurbeleid. Vanaf 2022 houd ik me bezig met de thema's verduurzaming en woningkwaliteit.Voor de ontwikkeling hiervan werk ik samen met collega's van alle verschillende afdelingen, om draagvlak te creëren. Ik duik dus niet alleen in de data van onze huurders, woningen en buurten, maar organiseer ook werksessies in allerlei vormen om input op te halen uit het 'werkveld'. Dit verwerk ik tot sterke en duidelijke visies en beleidskaders, welke vervolgens richting geven aan de organisatie. Ook ben ik trekker van verschillende themateams, waarmee we de organisatie en implementatie van verschillende opgaven vorm geven.Daarnaast faciliteer ik trainingen voor collega's over 1) samenwerken & feedback geven, 2) agile & scrum en 3) projectmatig werken.Van 2019-2022 was ik bestuurslid van Jong Rochdale en organiseerde ik activiteiten voor collega's t/m 36 jaar.   BOSS (Building Organisation Student Society) is the study association of the master track Management in the Built Environment at the Delft University of Technology. It's main goal is to be the link between theory and practice, by connecting students to the real estate world. As BOSS board member Study Trip, I was responsible for organizing the yearly trip abroad, together with my committee. Summer 2016, we have visited London, Vancouver and San Francisco with a group of 20 students and 2 teachers. During the 2 week Study Trip, the participants were able to learn more about the international real estate market and these specific contexts. Before, during and after the Study Trip, research was conducted on 2 overarching topics concerning all 3 locations: 'urban redevelopment' and 'housing affordability', which concluded in 2 scientific research papers and a presentation to the entire MBE department.
