I have been collaborating with corporate executives for nearly 10 years in my various roles at Carnegie Mellon University but rarely get to see an exec, like Lisa, care as much about the learning, timely topics, and outcomes as the students themselves. Not only had she been pushing the boundaries of design thinking and digital transformation early on with her direct sponsorship of capstones (both within the Human-Computer Interaction Institute and School of Computer Science) and executive education (holding the pen for curriculum design) but on numerous occasions has come to guest lecture and mentor. Most recently, Lisa has been a regular collaborator in Digital Service Innovation which is a required class for the Masters of Product Management program and a keystone course for students studying design, architecture, business, robotics, or computer science. Lisa was able to manage both large groups (60+ students) in multi-hour, interactive lectures and give timely (and realistic) feedback to our more entrepreneurial students in small group/individual settings leading up to the annual showcase (a large requirement for achieving your graduate degree). Lisa's ability to take complex, executive lessons and distill them into easy and timely modules is remarkable and any program would be lucky to have her experience and commitment.

I had the opportunity to work / consult with Lisa from May 2019 through August 2021 while she was an EVP at Allscripts. In this role, Lisa was the P&L owner of the majority of the Allscripts product portfolio. This was a VERY big role! I truly appreciated Lisa's ability to lead such a large and complex domain space; with a lot of technical debt she inherited from her predecessors. I also appreciated Lisa's ability to listen and take feedback, her willingness to course correct based upon my advisory services, and I was pleasantly surprised at her detail-orientation around all areas of her business. And her personal energy and passion for her team are unmatched!
