I was fortunate enough to work with LK on the Paramount Pictures account during her time over at MEC London. Having only been on the account for a handful of months, she was a joy to work under and allowed me to grow stronger as a display buyer thanks to her constant time and dedication spent planning on every challenging film brief received. Given the unpredictable nature of the Ents industry, (especially film!), she maintained a steady ship and assured each team would continuously pull together to meet client deadlines. Always offering an extra helping hand where possible, LK is a true asset to any team or company!

Lisa Kate is one of the strongest Social Media managers I've seen. She has combined knowledge of social media management and the rules that should govern brand pages and the way they speak to consumers with a natural ability to development and deliver content in a way that interests and engages the user. She is warm, friendly and a real team player within the organisation. She is constantly looking at new ways to improve the brand pages and educate our clients on how they should use their presence and voice in social media.

As communications Manager for FMCG brand, Kellogg’s, I worked across females & kids focused brands including Special K, Coco Pops, Rice Krispies and Krave. One of the most exciting aspects of working in Carat was having the opportunity to be part of Kellogg’s pitch team from initial briefing through to the final client presentation. It was an incredible experience and learning curve, especially as were successful in retaining the business. Within the Communications team I managed Communications Executive and Communications Assistant while supporting the team's Client Director and Associate Client Director in all aspects of planning and account handling. A large part of my role focused on relationship-building with clients by proactively sharing information, experience and insight with clients to build trust. I also worked closely with activation teams and clients to ensure any learnings from campaign optimisation were actively applied to the campaign. I was responsibile for all client briefs and liaised closely with specialist teams (AV, display, print, sponsorship etc) to ensure all requests were turned around in a timely manner, and to the highest standard. I joined the Red Ant Ireland team shortly after completing my MSc in Marketing initially as an intern before being hired as an Account Executive. Some of the clients I worked across included Gaviscon, McCambridge's Brown Bread & Dolce Gusto. Relationship building was a core part of my responsibilities as an Account Exec.
