WBT is changing hiring practices, communications, governance, work culture, and grant-making and budget process which will result in increased funding to movement organizers. Spearhead and manage a multi-year collaboration of youth-serving organizations to create a mental health advocacy and policy digital toolset, for young adults by young adults.
