Reviews subcontractor costs and prices, invoices, and schedules in order to maintain conformance to both program and contractual requirements. • Reviews and interprets government and ORNL procurement policies, regulations and procedures. • Maintains a strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of values and ethics.
