  Use differentiated instructional methods and best practices in the instruction of language arts to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Focus on the use of writer's workshop in order to maximize my ability to differentiate while still covering material. Use daily practice to keep grammatical knowledge current and in use. Use daily writing to increase writing fluency and increase word use and vocabulary knowledge as well as give students a large variety of ideas to pull from when choosing their own topics for writing.
