  • Coordinate and provide connected outreach between regional supports Convene and facilitate regional Communities of Practice • Represent and champion the work of WI-AIMH, including Pyramid Model framework, Endorsement, IECMHC and other WI-AIMH projects on regional early care and education (ECE) councils, action teams, workgroups and ECE training, technical assistance and regulatory providers. Implement and administer outreach events to highlight WI-AIMH’s programs and projects • Provide mentoring support for Wisconsin Pyramid Model External Coaches. • Assist with development, enhancement and delivery of Pyramid Model training and professional development that addresses the specific needs of early care and education providers of an equitable and multi-leveled system of supports. • Provide external coaching to Pyramid Model program wide leadership team that supports implementation of the critical elements measured by the Benchmarks of Quality, build capacity for the program to use Practice Based Coaching using either the TPOT or TPITOS, and assist with data-based decision making the ensures intentional and strategic adjustments of policies and procedures. • Collaborate as needed with Pyramid Model program directors and other technical assistance providers to celebrate and acknowledge high quality implementation of social and emotional learning efforts within communities and programs • Serve as a liaison between the Pyramid Model State Leadership Team and Program-wide Leadership Teams and Coaches in the region by maintaining updated information about implementation status, strengths and needs as identified by program, classroom, child and family outcome data; recruit new implementation sites within the region based on current selection criteria • Support use of Pyramid Model Community Benchmarks of Quality as a planning tool for cohesive implementation of an equitable multi-leveled system of support in communities Show less
