Lisa worked for 38 Studios as one of four city artists, working heavily on both modular and custom geometry for many densely populated cities in an open-world MMO. My primary relationship with her involved offering technical advice, assisting her with shaders and optimization practices, and in general working with her and the city team to make sure the city areas in the game performed and looked as good as possible. While Lisa's skills in both Maya and Unreal are fantastic, she also offers an unmatched positive attitude. She's easy to work with, takes direction well, and has a keen eye and sharp wit. Her smile is downright infectious, too!

As a graduate of Full Sail University, I don’t think Lisa ever really understood the concept of a 9 to 5 work week. In all the time that I worked along side her at 38 Studios she could never leave a task alone until she had finished. It didn’t matter if the task was something that should take a normal person 4 days; Lisa always went the extra step to get it done in 3 or less. Lisa is intelligent, funny and very easy to work with. Her passion for her work has made her a very talented 3D and 2D artist. Additionally, Lisa is a very versatile artist with a great understanding of architecture, props and texturing. Her artistic eye made her an important teammate for sharing ideas and receiving valuable feedback. Lisa’s work always bore the stamp of quality that was the product of her tireless persistence and her attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed working along side such a friendly, talented young artist and I would consider myself a lucky man to work with her again someday.
