  Created a state of the art, high quality learning facility for children ages zero through five. This corporate sponsored facility was featured in working mother magazine.My role at this facility included developing the program, overseeing construction, recruiting and hiring staff, oversee daily operations, and to work collaboratively with parents and executives. I led and coached a staff of 22. Highlights of this position include developing a primary care model, developing a parent engagement model, developing all policies and procedures, zero expulsions during my tenure and being an active member of the human resources team.I was also appointed to the state of Wisconsin Early Childhood Advisory Council by Governor Doyle.
