Contract employment for various companies including Thomas Insulation and Kandrea Insulation at the Cenovus Foster Creek site. Worked the D&W Winter Evaluation at Statoil's Leismer site in Conklin. This job gave me the opportunity to be part of a very valuable team of safety professionals that played a very important role in the safe operation of the DW winter season. Duties included but were not limited too: orientation of new employees, data collection and input of all employee information into excel spreadsheets, assist in accident and incident investigations, assist in development of ERP's for the different areas within the DW program, receive, distribute and inventory 2-way radios for each employee requiring them. I was also involved in the day to day activities surrounding the safety administration which included data collection and filing, inputting information into various data bases, copying and distribution of information received via supervision and safety office, all other administration duties as required.
