  I was responsible for the promoting and selling of furniture to the public and ensuring that the shop lay-out and displays reflect the company's image. Also, I was responsible for the daily operations and management of the store, which include the management of five staff members as well as the training of new staff members for other branches, supplier / customer liaison, expediting orders timeously for delivery, the solving and management of all customer related queries and problems, and the resolution and / or management of and ensuring client satisfaction.
