  Manage ever changing role of day to day functions in the Admitting & ER Registration departments as well as PBX Operators. Maintain schedule and payroll for 17 employees. Maintain fiscal year budget to at or below budget each month with no overage. Do weekly/monthly analysis of MSP and IMM for Medicare as well as HIPPA, Patient Notification and Advanced Directives to all patients. Set and track goals for Up Front Collections for Procedures, Surgeries, Outpatient diagnostic testing and ER Patients. Lead on implementation of Forms Fast Electronic Signatures. Implemented Relay Health Portal for online access of patients health record. Met Meaningful Use 2 for online health portal, attestation was 50% given information we obtained 77%. Led effort to start a Pre Registration/Authorization program for all diagnostic testing as well as procedures and surgeries.
