Lisa had a portfolio of affordable housing properties in SunTrust Community Capital's southern markets. She was very diligent in her asset management capacity and she was truly a team player. We were not in the same department, but whenever I asked for her help with the database or with keeping me in the loop on deal issues, she helped me without even a thought of how long it might take her to see the process through. She made me feel comfortable, since I was new to the City of Atlanta and she went out of her way to help me get acclimated to the new City, the new organization and its culture. She made my life easier and the transition was seamless. Her clients adored her and felt she was fair but firm. I truly appreciate her efforts and would recommend her for management of individuals and portfolios of real estate without a second thought.

Lisa and I have worked together on the same Bank portfolio for several years as asset managers for the General and Limited Partners. Lisa's background in property management gives her an edge when dealing with troubled properties because she knows what the managing agent should be doing and can guide them to resolve physical and financial issues in an efficient and expeditious manner. She is tough when needed yet able to handle sensitive situations and people in a professional and compassionate manner. Lisa has tremendous knowledge of our industry and is one of the best asset managers I have known in my 31 year career in affordable housing. I would highly recommend her for any position in the field
