  Versatile and multi-talented co-owner that started career as a journeyman electrician building a background in circuitry, energy loading and equipment controls. Years of hands on experience working within manufacturing facilities in all phases of design, maintenance, install and shop floor layout.Proven leader whose facility experience expanded into a broader building operations and project management career at a Multi-National Financial Services and Insurance provider. Responsibilities included the facility operations coordination for a 633,000 sq.ft, Headquarter Offices spread out over a 600 acre campus.Came to Westgate to facilitate the coordination of the opening of a 40,000 sq. ft. production facility to include all heavy equipment installation, power upgrades and office layout and design. Additionally coordinated the development and implementation of the company's health care plan, 401k retirement program, and all other benefits and insurance needs. Maintain an active role in other sales and marketing support to include website development, trade show planning and core branding strategies.
