Bowen Therapy or Neuro Structural Integration Technique (NST) is a way of auto regulating the body's own healing system, much like acupuncture does although the treatment is more like osteopathy.Combining this gentle yet powerful technique of body work with some powerful mind tools gets results where other modalities have failed. The body responds to the subconscious mind which is often left out of the healing process which usually leads to relapses.As I travel a lot, I am now able to do this remotely via a video call.
