I began my career at Saputo on the production floor in February 2007.Over the years, I have applied for and accepted positions with more growth and responsibility.Most recently, I was promoted to Production Manager at Saputo Black Creek.I have gained experience while involved in past roles with the warehouse, packaging, production and human resources. I plan on utilizing this experience to help solidify our plant and promote a positive environment of change and team cooperation.I love being in operations and production and since I had been in an HR role for the past several years, I will be able to use that experience to promote the positive culture of the plant. Production processes change so having an environment conducive of progress will ensure Black Creek remains competitive and profitable. Employees stay and grow within the company as a result.Exposure to safety and food safety from the policy implementation and maintenance view of human resources allows me to put standards in place on the workroom floor that meet regulatory requirements but are also practical in nature so employees will follow those procedures.I continue to learn and grow daily. I am self motivated and take the initiative to start a project rather than being assigned duties. I take my role seriously but also enjoy it tremendously.
