Job Purpose As part of the Procurement Performance and Insight Team I provide support to UK and Ireland Procurement team as Subject Matter expert for Procurement Reports ensuring visibility and availability of key Performance data to the Procurement Team and Regional controlling Team. Key responsibilities • Support Procurement by producing both standard and ad hoc reports to facilitate analysis. • Continual improvement on reporting processes and presentation • Capture, analyse and report performance metrics of Procurement Team and Supplier data against MCO targets. • Communications lead for Procurement both within the team and with the wider business. • Responsible for the redesign and development of the Procurement Intranet and continual update and improvement. • Responsible for, and maintain the Procurement SharePoint Site (E.G Contract Management System and all the electronic forms within the System). • Support the Vendor Management process. • Maintain and develop Procurement Procedures and process flows where deemed necessary. • Act as local co-ordinator to lead on CSR activities as directed by Central/Regional Procurement. • Act as a Project Manager for specific Procurement initiatives (e.g Continuous improvement, LEAN support). • Ensure that Procurement, Finance and other company processes and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a flexible and pragmatic approach to delivering the business need. • Undertake tasks defined by PPIM in order to ensure that the Procurement team is able to demonstrate that it has met its obligations in respect of company, statutory and regulatory compliance • Support the implementation as required of changes to increase the efficiency of Procurement processes across all sites within the UK and Ireland.
