I had the pleasure of working under Lisa during my time at Livenation, and she is an incredible manager. As a leader of a team, it can be tough to keep up with every individual piece of a business, but Lisa was always attentive to detail, and quick to solve problems. In my time working for Lisa, I worked in several departments, and never felt that my position was of less value. I had an issue with an accounting error when I first started at the company, and she made sure it was resolved by the end of the day. When I gave feedback on my roles, she listened and would offer solutions and alternative ideas to help us become more productive employees. I expressed my desire to try other roles within the company, and she listened to me, and gave me suggestions based on what she identified as my strengths, providing me with the tools I needed to grow in my career. Not many managers are willing to do what it takes to help their employees long term careers, but Lisa's leadership drives employees to grow to their true potential in a healthy working environment.
