  Manage different types of projects for both private and public sector clients including land development entitlements, strategic planning, public involvement and stakeholder facilitation, preparation of environmental assessments, transportation plans, and grants for small and large-scale projects. Grants - Started funding services in Idaho to assist clients in meeting their goals. In the first year, successfully obtained over $4.5 million in grants for clients from several state and federal agencies. Environmental Planning – create environmental information documents through the Department of Environmental Quality, environmental assessments through the Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Housing and Urban Development, and environmental scans and evaluations through the Idaho Transportation Department. Land Use/Development Planning – coordinate with agency staff, architects and engineers in developing site layout plans, elevation drawings and applications. Facilitate approvals for subdivisions, conditional use permits and public facilities. Conduct neighborhood meetings and provide testimony in front of city councils, commissioners, and planning and zoning commissions.
