Land Use/Development Planning – coordinate with agency staff, architects and engineers in developing site layout plans, elevation drawings and applications. Facilitate approvals for subdivisions, conditional use permits and public facilities. Conduct neighborhood meetings and provide testimony in front of city councils, commissioners, and planning and zoning commissions.
