We do corporate, school and private events, and operate in and around Gauteng, around the clock, 6-7 days a week.   I was initially employed as a Back office assistance on the eBucks Account (First Rand Group) where I dealt with the client, I assisted with the co-ordination of the eBucks account. I typed all correspondence to the team and to the client. I conducted spot checks in line with targets for all calls conducted by the Field marketers. I was then promoted to Account Co-ordinator, where I managed a team of 5 Field Marketers. We marketed the eBucks Rewards Programme to specific retails and promoted the brand. Cycle objectives were set for the field marketers. I managed the internal system and database. I did all the client reporting. I co-ordinated and compiled all POS and promotions for the field marketers as well as arranged the cyclical events. I assisted in managing the account marketing budget. I then moved on to be a Field Marketing Executive and managed a territory of outlets. I was responsible for achieving specifi targets and objectives in line with the clients strategy with the the Retail and FNB branch space. I was responsible for motivating, training and assisting all staff working within the distribution outlets for eBucks. I collected data, conducted market research and ad-hoc duties dictated by the client. I managed a national project for Arthur Kaplan Jewellers to assist in increasing their Earn and Spend within the retail outlet stores. I was also responsible for the co-ordination of promotions and events within my region. Promotions took place every two months. Show less
