Diligently worked across departments to resolve unanticipated situations resulting from COVID 19. Led the development and execution of programs and employee orientated guidelines and protocols throughout 2020 to ensure the health and safety of our programs and support teams. Built strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships with DDS Nursing and Clinical Support teams which led to increased partnerships and an enhancement of supports provided to those at CCARC. In addition, collaborated with the Day Services team in the completion of Utilization Resource Reviews ensuring fiscal stability for continued funding of enhanced staffing supports.
