Matt Hammon
I have worked with Lis continuously since she joined Northamptonshire Highways in 2015 as a Graduate Engineer in our Major Projects Highway Design team. Her abilities were already widely acknowledged by that point having come to us via the Kier recruitment path. These were quickly proven working through the WSP graduate development programme and Lis skilfully delivering a range of designs for KierWSP. Lis also helped to support a new Apprentice who joined the design team in 2017 and his successful development is largely down to her time and patience mentoring him through some particularly challenging local highway projects. More recently Lis has been seconded to the KierWSP Construction team supporting Site Supervisors with projects across Northamptonshire, working closely with our subcontractors and suppliers. Her excellent knowledge of design and tenacity to get the job done have been a real asset to the team. In summary, I highly recommend Lis as a dedicated and competent multidisciplinary Engineer to anyone in the industry and there will always be a place back here in Northamptonshire for her.
