Lipsa was one of the most genuine Engineering Managers at TRR. Always thinking about what’s right for the business and the team! Her expertise in engineering principles, CRM architectures and Salesforce gained her much respect from her team and cross functional partners. During her time at TRR she took the lead with complex solution architectures of new projects that sometimes involved her to immediate pivot from the existing processes to a solution with long term best architectural vision. She is extremely easy to work with, embraces change with confidence, has a growth mindset and is an overall phenomenal human being. I would highly recommend her to any org looking for an EM with superb CRM knowledge, work ethic, team management, and one that possesses complex solutioning capabilities.
