      As Nano Dimension’s Chief Chemist, I was leading the company's R&D materials department. I led a group of 7 researchers. We worked on the development of nanoparticles and polymer based inks - improvement of existing products and the development of new ones. I took part in the research and development process of Nano Dimension's inks from the R&D stage at the lab, through full research on the influence of the jetting, printing parameters (including sintering and polymerization profiles) and printer on the inks and the final product, to the full implementation in the in-house ink fabrication facility, including the development and release of the inks' QC techniques and procedures.As the lab manager I also had full responsibilities over safety procedures, work protocols, training, chemicals approval and budget management.
