  As the Head of the Web department at Dephion, I led a team of 7 to 10 developers. My responsibilities included overseeing the design, development, and deployment of multiple complex web-based products, services and tools working closely with other departments. I ensured that all projects met stakeholder requirements and the high standards we were aiming for while also being delivered on time. Next to overseeing multiple projects I also managed the day-to-day operations of the web development team and contributed directly to the development of several of our websites and apps.Working alongside stakeholders, I was responsible for designing and developing websites, new features for existing web-based projects and tools required to build our main product, "Habtic". I was also the technical product owner of a suite of web applications that were part of the Habtic package sold to customers. These applications allowed users to sign up for Habtic, access a diverse range of health-related content, and enabled managers to monitor their employees' wellness progress within our platform.As a leader, I provided mentorship, feedback, and support to my team members, encouraging them to grow and develop their skills while working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
