Sale-through augmentation through hiring of a new Design Director and design team, updated designs, tighter buying plan, improving on store CRM strategy, Store refurbishment as well as Stock Controlling strategy. •Align the CODIR (6 people) on brand identity, its proposal and identification of the target customer. •Constitution of a new brand platform and style. Review of the collection plan and pricing, new organization of design and purchasing teams : Sales 2021 Vs. 2019: +20% turnover same store comparable sales. •2019-2021 Stocks reduction of 63% and restructuring of the purchase plan : improvement of 18% on the P&L. •Implementing and setting up of the Cifonelli Flag Ship store in London, Mayfair in 2019. 400m2 of highly designed decoration.
