  I scheduled planned and effectively managed this department for 6 years.Increasing our gross profits by 2% year on year. I reduced our raw material cost an increased our selling prices by getting extremely involved in our costings and quoting processes. With my knowledge of our market and our technical specifications on our products . I changed and developed new plastic raw materials for all our products.Making our products more cost effective and still maintained the same quality levels. I have increased our supplier base and made cost savings of R 8 million in 6 years
