For some context on my perspective, Zhuoli started on our team as the first senior analyst we had ever hired externally. I worked with him as team member and then was his team lead. Great guy to work with, very positive and hard working. Don’t think I ever heard him say one negative thing in our 2 years working together. Collaborated well with other team members and external teams. Wish we was still on the team. He got acclimated to our code base faster than we expect a new team member to and was contributing nearly right away. He has excellent technical skills and is very adept at python and sql so once he was familiar with our data he was able to create reports, monitors, and do any task we needed him to do usually only needing a little context on the data. He writes excellent python. Whenever I do maintenance on a script he created it’s always very easy to follow and eloquently laid out. Regularly when we would have a complicated project that maybe should have gone to a development team or Data Engineer we would put Zhuoli on it and he always handled it. He has great SQL skills and navigated our Big Data (trillions of records in our warehouse) with ease. Great analyst, if we asked him to look into a data set he could slice and dice and get us a trend or answer shortly. He also picked up and quickly learned several new technologies and skills on our team. If we were interacting with something he hadn’t encountered before he would pick it up in a timely manner. He learned well from other and could self teach.

I worked with Z for a little over a year. He is an extremely dedicated and intelligent worker. At the time of my employment, Z was in charge of all of the metrics for the recruiting team. He was an integral part of setting up all of the KPIs, troubleshooting any problems, and making sure all the reports are clean and accurate. His body of work speaks for itself. If you would ask anyone at Altisource about his work, they will say the same thing. Along with being an intelligent worker, he is also a helpful colleague. There have been countless times where I have had questions about the metrics and he has been more than happy to assist me. Z is always finding different ways to approach a problem which makes him very useful during process meetings. I would highly recommend Z for any company. He would make an excellent addition to every team.
