  As a software developer I have helped develop world leading technology in the area of Air Traffic Management. I have worked exclusively with a Saab product called Remote Tower, allowing air traffic control to be provided remotely from a control center using panoramas of live video, pan-tilt-zoom cameras and a suite of state-of-the art air traffic control systems.I have the most experience in the languages of C++ and C#, and some experience in WPF xaml markup. Development tools that I have used on a regular basis include Visual Studio and Expression Blend, Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Bamboo, Subversion and Git, Code Collaborator and Atlassian Crucible.I have worked both as an individual developer as well as in a team. I am currently the Team Leader for a 7 man development team working in an agile environment based on Scrum.   I have some practical experience of project management, working as a part-time software developer and part time project manager from 2010 to 2014.I have been the manager for a large EU research & development project within the Single European Sky ATM Research framework. The project spanned five years, included 10 stakeholders from the industry, air navigation service providers and associated organisations across Europe. Saab's effort within the project amounted to approximately 15.000 man hours. I was also part of the team that planned the project before execution, over a course of approximately 6 months.I have also been the technical project manager for a smaller integration sub-project. The project spanned 6 months, using a small expert team to integrate a supplier's product in our system.I applied the Practical Project Management (PPM) methodology as project manager. Show less

  I started out at Saab as a software developer and engineer. I worked full time as a developer for approximately two years before mixing in marketing & sales as well as project management. However, my main focus during this period, and where i spent at least half of my time, was software development.During these years i had a general focus on GUI design and development, using C# and WPF as frameworks.
