  I am the Community Health Worker for Maternal Infant Services Network or MISN. I am bilingual-spanish. We are a non-profit agency serving women ages 14-48 in all stages of life. Our services are confidential and free of charge. I serve Sullivan and Ulster Counties. Our Sullivan County office is located at 170 North Main Street Liberty N.Y. Our Kingston office is located at 70 Lindsley Avenue, Kingston. As a Community Health Worker I help women get connected to resources in the community they may not be aware of. We serve women who are low income/medicaid eligible, and high risk. Women who are at higher risk for poor birth outcomes. Any women that may be having issues/needs such as domestic violence/survivors, smokers, mental health issues, legal issues, addiction history, immigration etc. We also help women with other needs such as clothing, housing, safe sleep for their infant. We are offering virtual birthing classes within MISN, as well as our Baby Cafe La Taza Materna breastfeeding support group and so much more. We are always accepting new referrals.
