Linnea was hired by me, when I worked as a Team leader for holiday autos. Her position were customer service agent and she was hired to sell car rentals and to support the company’s customers on 4 languages (Swedish, norwegian, danish and english) Linnea was very eager to learn and was interested in the tourism business and aimed for a career in the business. She worked for me for two semesters and was very appreciated both by me, her colleagues and by our customers. Linnea has a genuine interested in helping customers and trying her best in solving any customer errand. She handled all languages very well and was not afraid to dig in when the work load was heavy. I would strongly recommend Linnea to a similar position in the tourism business and would anytime hire her again as a customer service agent.
