Spark ablation is a fast and efficient way of producing nanoparticles of various materials. Nanoparticles have applications within medicine, energy conversion and consumption, information science and the chemical industry. To ensure the use of a suitable nanoparticle for a given application, it is necessary to control the particle generation and the composition. Therefore, in this work, nanopar-ticles will be generated and subsequently analyzed regarding their composition.
