Manage changing policies and laws across all the locations. • Analyze and respond to legal issues. • Supervise and lead HR staff assigned to all L&M locations, providing cohesive guidance aligned with the L&M strategy. • Serve as reference and support to the overall HR teams in other functions of the company.
