As Repair division LCPO, I lead 37 Sailors in all aspects of piping, structure, plumbing and machinery repairs. Repairs include utilizing SMAW, GTAW, Metal Lathe, Engravers, Oxy-Acetylene and all metal fabrication tools. All repairs include troubleshooting utilizing ship's drawings in ATIS, use of all Non-Destructive Testing manuals, and the ability to lead a fast group of Sailors.

Responsible for the management of training, administration, qualification and supervision of over 1350 military personnel in the planning, execution, documenting, monitoring, auditing and supervising of repairs to the USS George Washington.
