  - Make CBD (Cost Break Down) for the models at all levels, and all kinds of orders (inline, Nike By You, Promotional, Component Ring, Knit), provide quotation at sample gates and production confirmation following costing timeline.- Work with related team (PFC, PM, PMM, PE, CE, YIELD) to find out cost suggestion for saving and cost driver as well.- Provide the accuracy of material and component cost information presented on CBD and cost saving option based on the team need.- Work with Nike to provide FOB and CBD on a timely manner to help the meetings smoothly.- Communicate closely with Development team and suppliers to ensure all updates and material price changes are reflected in the costing sheets correctly before meeting and providing cost breakdown.- Give feedback to support Development team and resolve costing issues during meeting with internal teams and customer as well.- Maintain and keep track on costing summary in development stages & cost data.- Track and manage Tooling cost per POID, DPO and make MEOF(bottom tooling quantity needed). The cost is included both upper and bottom tooling.- Provide Cost info for Finance department to control Company revenue.- Coordinate with other teams ( PM, YIELD, IE, CE, PE, Material,Tooling, Mold…) to collect all information for making CBDs accurately.- Train, track and balance team's workload and status.- Make CBD with new Costing method (NCF: New Costing Framework)- Understand key updates to NCF Policies and Standards.- Manage attributes on BOL (Bill of Labor) and BOM (Bill of Material) through BOL/BOM import functionality.- Make request for Target FOB adjustment based on actual costing information if needed.- Work on new Costing system and suggest new ideas to improve internal system after working with IT team- Lead team and make sure all are following general standard and Costing timelines.- Do the training for new comers Show less
