  • The main focus of this research is plasmid construction.• Molecular Biology Techniques: DNA extraction, purification, gel electrophoresis, enzyme digestion, DNA recombination and transformation, PCR amplification.• Biochemical Techniques: SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting.
