Nature makes you happy! Working in the garden balances our psyche and enriches our hearts and connects with our inner strength. The essence of this work is to be appropriate to the situation and how everyone is feeling on the day. Listening to people and going with the flow works better than following a formula. Ling uses her acute perceptiveness to tune in to what is needed in the moment. Participants see their energy and well being lift in that nurturing atmosphere. Nature makes you happy! Ling has giving Tai Chi classes at Holroyd Council since 2011 and other venues in the west. This Tai Chi is an invitation to not just move the body and flow with your breath, but also to connect to that which sustains us; grandfather sun, father sky and mother earth.
