Lindsey is a very polite and professional colleague. Always willing to help others and has a good level of energy especially when working within a team. She has been great at helping in training members of staff, she takes her time and makes sure the agent understands and feels comfortable and they have everything they need to be able to complete the task effectively. When given tasks, she takes great care and works to a high standard. She can identify problems and provide possible solutions. She is great at communicating with higher members of staff, not afraid to get stuck in. Her attendance is great, and her sickness is at a minimal.
