  As Senior Program Officer, I oversaw a portfolio of approximately 40 large-scale grants for family planning and reproductive health programs in Africa and SE Asia totaling tens of millions of dollars annually. In addition to overseeing public and private sector service delivery programs, I established a global health leadership program as well as reproductive health innovation platforms at the Foundation. • Coordinated with global governments for the execution of accessible and high-quality service delivery, fundamentally achieving health goals of increasing contraceptive prevalence and reducing maternal mortality rates. • Monitored and supported grantees’ project implementation, prepare reports and recommendations to enhance partnerships, develop solutions, and provide strategic direction. • Developed and maintained strong relationships with global governments and implementing partners to work towards shared goals. • Established external contacts to support specific program directions and plans, represent the Foundation at professional meetings and to the broader community of donors, grantees, and other grant-making organizations.
