Lindsey is an exceptional team member, and one of the highest-performing individuals I've ever interacted with. Her strengths are deep and multi-faceted: she is very intuitive about people and clearly understands how they think; she is organized makes constant process improvements; she is conceptual and strategic without losing attention to details or quality. She is genuine, caring, and gives perceptive input -- which leads to trusting and meaningful professional relationships. She is positive, resourceful, and relentless. Without hesitation I'd recommend Lindsey for any team and I welcome any opportunity to collaborate with her in the future!

Greenhouse Scholars is an education nonprofit that cultivates a distinct group of young leaders from under-served, low income and marginalized communities to catalyze change in the communities they serve. Scholars are selected as high school seniors and attend colleges and universities across the nation. About 3/4 are first-generation college students; all have demonstrated academic excellence, resilience, and a dedication to community service and change, even while faced with overwhelming obstacles and challenges. The Greenhouse Scholars program provides a Whole Person approach to supporting each Scholar with financial, professional, and personal development components. In her program management role, Lindsey worked with 200 Scholars to fully engage in the program by providing significant leadership and personal growth opportunities. She worked with countless donors and volunteers also, connecting them with Scholars to develop meaningful community. She managed and directed the processes, communication, and evaluation of key program components and was also in charge of new Scholar admissions, annually.

Expertise in providing strategic sourcing results in both the financial services and consumer products industries. Adept at working with large data sets to drive targeted procurement strategies through historical spend analysis. Worked closely with Procurement teams to prioritize soon-to-be expiring contracts, get buy-in from business owners typically at the SVP and/or Director level, and determine current and future requirements. Managed and analyzed RFI/RFPs for numerous and varied categories to competitively bid products and services and introduce potential product substitutions. Efforts typically generated savings ranging from 10-20%.Led the development and implementation of her firm’s new reporting software service, which targeted individual usage of a notoriously expensive market data product. Managed software roll-out to several hundred users; structured, classified and analyzed captured data to identify cost savings. Optimized spend of financial services supplier through a combination of contract negotiations and demand management analysis, saving over 15%.Developed and managed a team of up to 10 analysts and associates. In addition to her consulting contributions, Lindsey’s organizational skills and keen interest in developing staff led her to be in charge of her small firm’s human resources responsibilities.
